  • We offer individual counseling services and group counseling services.

  • I do not accept insurance, but I can provide a super bill you can submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement. I cannot guarantee reimbursement from insurance providers. Please reach out to your insurance provider if you have any questions about your out-of-network benefits.

  • It is $100 for each individual counseling session.

    It is $30 for each group counseling session.

    I also have limited “sliding scale fee” options available.

  • I can offer virtual sessions to adult clients in the state of Alabama.

  • My typical hours are Monday - Thursday from 10am - 6pm.

    I also work 1-2 Saturdays per month during the school year.
