53 minute individual psychotherapy session with client and therapist.

53 minute session in a group setting with 4-7 other members. Groups have a set topic and time frame. Please follow our social media or reach out if you would like to inquire about upcoming groups.

Clients from middle school through college. Adolescence often ends at the age of 25, and “new adults” are included in this grouping. Adolescence is about gaining independence, finding your identity, and learning where you fit in the world. It’s a very exciting and often overwhelming time.

Parents already have a significant amount of stress, but once children become teenagers… The stress can reach a boiling point. Parents of teens identify feeling increased worry about their child’s future, feeling rejected and hurt by their child even when trying to help, and often, remembering upsetting experiences from their own teen years.

Our relationship with ourselves, friends, and our romantic relationships are all influenced by the relationship we have with our primary family system. We can work together to identify harmful patterns, strengths we developed from our family, and other unique qualities to build the relationships you desire for your future.

Whether this is from experiencing Neurodivergence in a world that was built for Neurotypicals, being LGBTQIA+ in the deep south, moving across the country or from another country, or experiencing trauma… Creating a sense of belonging, treating ourselves like a friend, building safety, and finding ways to empower ourselves is something we can explore together.
